Because Surviving Cancer Is Just One Beginning
Hope Through Every Chapter
Shape Your Legacy

October 19–25 is National Estate Planning Awareness Week, a timely reminder that creating or updating your plans is one of the most important gifts you can give your loved ones.
By planning today, you provide for those you love while helping advance cures for life-threatening diseases. There are many charitable gift options available, including:
- Gifts that cost nothing today
- Gifts that can provide income for life
- Gifts that offer potential tax savings
Many donors choose to leave a future gift through a will or trust. Others name City of Hope as a beneficiary of a retirement account, donor-advised fund or life insurance policy. Any gift can create an impact for future generations.

Celebrating More Tomorrows
For every person who survives cancer, there is a future waiting to be lived. A future filled with gatherings, birthdays and everyday celebrations that once felt uncertain. Thanks to supporters like you, more people are reaching those milestones.
Each year, that future comes to life at City of Hope’s Bone Marrow Transplant Reunion, where survivors, families, caregivers and donors gather to celebrate not just years of survival, but years of living.
What began in 1978 with a single transplant survivor referring to his transplant anniversary as a “second birthday,” has grown into a beloved tradition that welcomes thousands of survivors and loved ones. The reunion is a powerful reminder that cancer care is about helping people return to the lives and moments that matter most.
Your support helps make breakthrough treatments possible. It advances research that improves outcomes for future patients and helps ensure survivors receive the care and support they need long after treatment ends.
Because of you, more people are not only surviving cancer, they are living full and meaningful lives beyond it.
Join us in the fight to help end cancer for all!
The annual Walk for Hope events bring together survivors and supporters to find cures for life-threatening diseases.
